Lewis Tse went to the New York City Clerk to get a legal capacity to marry and he was given a notarized certificate stating and signed that �per your request, a search of the marriage records index for the five boroughs of New York City has revealed that no record of a marriage exists for Lewis Tse, born
March 31, 1996.
It is possible that the marriage record you seek is for a marriage license issued outside of New York City. In that case, you may request the same from the Bureau of Vital Records, New York State Department of Health, Albany, New York 12208, which retains the marriage records for the rest of the State of New York.

Acting City Clerk.�/p> The Shariah Court of Isulan didn’t accepted it and insisted that we should go to US Embassy, Lewis had to travel again from US to Philippines and Alyssa had to travel from Mindanao to Manila just to go to US Embassy as insisted by Shariah Isulan Court. When we went to US Embassy, they said they don’t notarized as also stated on the website and they just gave a memorandum from Philippine Statistic Authority (PSA) but the Shariah Isulan Court is not accepting it either.

They gave us few reasons as to why they don’t accept what’s from New York City Clerk and from US Embassy, the following are stated below:
1. They said “New York is too rich to provide only a piece of paper that’s not even colored with a simple writing that only says he has no marriage history only in New York. It doesn’t state there that he can marry a Filipino citizen.�br /> 2. “The piece of paper from New York City Clerk can be plagiarized (even though it’s notarized and signed there) by yourself anyway.�br /> 3. “You should get something from Bahrain that states they can marry a Filipino citizen.�br /> 4. “The piece of paper from US Embassy is stating something about COVID-19 not a foreigner marrying a Filipino.�br /> 5. “Your papers looks fake.�/p> When they’re about to process the marriage certificate, they don’t want a scan signature of both of us and insist that we should book another flight to go back to their office together to prove that we’re really couples. Lewis can only stay maximum of 2weeks in the Philippines because he has important business to do in the US. The cost of everything, the travel flights and everything cost us so much just to get this done. I would love to send an attachment if need be to show proofs. Please help us to get our marriage certificate.
